Soba Noodles
In Japan, Soba noodles are a main staple.
We found a Soba Noodle restaurant in Nakano .. the meal pictured was about $8.
Soba noodle soup with pork, seaweed on the side, and a hard-boiled egg.
Locals eating this soup make a loud sucking sound (seem really odd when you first hear it)!
