Located in Mandalay Bay, rodizio-style cuisine includes flaming skewers of chicken, beef, and seafood. Recommended items include Black Angus beef, pork loin with pineapple, chicken wrapped in bacon, and the spicy Spanish sausage. All you can eat option is also offered for $40. Decor features a dancing firewall and volcanic mountain of liquor. Over twenty rum drinks of various potencies are offered. Jam packed with mid-high clientle, the Rum Jungle is visually spectacular with it's firewalls and gorgeous go-go dancers. It's food is surprisingly original in flavor and presentation.
