Yesterday, a few of my friends visited the new PT's Bar and Grill on Eastern Avenue in Henderson (near St. Rose Parkway). We all work in the serving industry and were astonished on what poor service we received. Our drinks were taking up to fifteen minutes to receive. Although the waitress was very nice and apologetic, the bartender was extremely arrogant. Not only did he not make the drinks in a timely manner, but he was rude when we asked if we could order a drink (from the bar) as a result of the long time we were waiting for our waitress to come around. - J.
