We just had a terrible experience at your East Flamingo location. Ten of us in our office took one of our co workers to lunch for her birthday, we had every intention of making it a special lunch. The waiter that was assigned to our table was terribly rude. He was a gray haired overweight man who was extremely loud and obnoxious. It was very dissapointing because the food was good but the service was the worst I have ever seen. I was appauled by the fact the waiter actually went out to the parking to scream at us that his tip was not adequate. We would have been happy to give him a good tip if we had received good service. Not only did we not receive good service we received the worst service I have ever seen. We will not be a customer to your restaurant ever again, so please keep in mind that when you make 10 customers unhappy you in turn have lost many customers because we will not hesitate talking about our experience at your establishment. - Luci Davis, 09/04/2002
