MY husband, son and I recently ate at the new outback on craig road. The service was great. My sons food was fine. My Husbands filet was a little over cooked for med rare but nothing to send back. I had prime rib and for 16.95 it was the worse prime rib I ever had!. I'v been a waitress for 30 years so I'm not one to complain. The first one I got was seared which I did not order and would of been fine except for it was mostly fat. I sent it back. The next one I got looked good intill I cut into it. I know I ordered it rare but this was Raw and so tough I couldn't even cut it! Also this was no way 12 ounces. Thats why I don't like to send anything back.By that time I was to embarassed to say anything. Are waiter was so nice And was busy I didn't want to bother him again. all I'm saying here is you need a better cut of prime rib or charge less. I know next time, if we go back. I'll order a steak. To have almost a hundred dollar check and 20% to the waiter and walk out dissapointed is not good. Sorry Mrs Hastings - Rene Hastings, 04/26/2003
