Nero's. Waste of money. I come to Vegas twice a year. I fine dine 5 nights a year in Vegas. Each January I bring 8 people and we fine dine. This year I picked Nero's . The food was great, but the service was THE WORST in my 5 years of fine dining in Vegas. The 60-some year old asian like waiter was disinterested and very unattentive. THREE TIMES I had to ask bus-staff to get our waiter.



When I called the Manager over to mention service he was very quick to summon such, but never again followed up. so instead of geting desert and wine after dinner we went to left to Bradley Ogden resturant. The GM at Nero's should be ashamed that Nero's menu boasts fares of that of real fine dining restaurants but yet is far from the service and from the concept of what it really is. Perhaps the GM should dine at Del Friscos' Delmonico's, Commanders, or any Bellagio resturant to learn what fine dining is. What a major dissapointment and waste of money. I've eaten at many restaurants in Vegas, but Nero's is by far THE BEST!!! The food, the service, and the atmosphere are wonderful!!! My husband and I are renewing our vows in June, and Nero's is the restaurant we chose to take our

Absolutely the worst service in Las Vegas. The food was excellent, but the service was horrible. Problems we had included: servers spilling wine on the table, servers spilling water on the table, failing to bring drinks we ordered (we had to ask twice), delivering the wrong dishes to the table, failing to deliver side orders (we had to ask twice), lack of a sommelier to answer our wine questions, the wine we ordered was no longer in the cellar.
