just purchase well done wings form the El Pollo Loco on Sahara and Decatur.....asked for wings well done......my change was haphazardly given to me and ended up on the ground......I'm 6' tall so my arms can make the stretch....no apology...or here is the 15 cents O through at you......the wings were done right away.....strange....usually takes a few minutes longer.....not this time.....PRESTO....8 well done wings...... I said are you sure.....of course she said....well, about 2.5 mi down.....in rush hour traffic no less.....I hungrily open the box....THEY'RE COLD......no not cold......Room Temperature....when I get home and call then.....I am not allowed to talk to the manager.......the clerk say you talk to me....she then asked me why did I take them.....they were given to me in a bag in the drive through.....I simply placed them in the seat next to me....did not do a temperature test....all of this with an 'off handed, whatever' attitude........no acceptable......go to the one on Flamingo.....a little further.....but a lot better.... - Dr. Roxane, 02/15/2007
I would like a El Pollo Loco chicken Restaurant built in the South West area Summerlin since we need one desperately. I have to travel far to get to your place, and they are building out in this area all around. I would greatly appreciate if you would let me know. The people out in this area eat out a lot and it would bring a successful business for you. WKelseyW P,S. I really like your chicken. Was buying your 11 pieces in a bucket constantly.
