Located 11 stories above the Paris casino and affording a lovely view of the strip, menu features French and continental cuisine. Dishes ($30-$50) include salmon, seared tuna, steak, lobster, and snapper. Recommended: the Surf and Turf (crab cake and steak). A romantic piano bar sets the mood for fine dining or a nightcap. Absolutely a wonderful dining experience. Food, ambiance, view and the service--just great. Our captain was Shea Irwin who helped make the experience a pleasure. The food was done to our exact request. It is expensive so don't go and then complain about the prices. For us it was well worth the experience and better than many of the restaurants that we have eaten at in France. We will go back again next time in Vegas - Tom, 04/01/2004

The food at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant was nothing like what one would get in ANY Paris restaurant. Being from France and owning a



very well respected french restaurant in Beverly Hills, I was completely amazed at the prices and the utter arrogance of the wait staff at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant. If any one of my waiter's were to act as arrogant as this restaurants staff did they would be out on their ass! However, no one goes to Vegas for the food! - True French Lady, 12/01/2002
