Located outside the Desert Passage Shops at Aladdin with a private entrance and valet parking on Harmon Avenue, this restaurant is the latest in the An family empire. Modeled after the famed Metropole of French Colonial Viet Nam, this award-winning restaurant is a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. Euro-Asian fusion cuisine includes entrees such as seared, herbed salmon roulade with pancetta-corn relish and herb-vermouth sauce; and herb-crusted Colorado spring lamb served with a fricassee of spring vegetables and rosemary lamb juice. Save room for delicious desserts such as white chocolate macadamia nut and banana mousse cake with orange-caramel sauce; and strawberry consomme with spiced cake madeline and strawberry sorbet.
