My wife and I have eaten at the Carrow's restaurants on many occassions while visiting Las Vegas from Minnesota. We have always found the managers, wait staff and cookers to be very helpful and pleasant. We like the attention that is paid to the high quality of food served and the excellent manner in which it is served. Of course, the restaurant being located right on the strip has the longest wait times for seating. If you have a car and are staying on or near the strip... it is well worth the time to drive to one of the other locations. Same great food... very caring staff... only the wait to be seated isn't so long. You can rest assured, that dining at Carrow's is and will be a wonderful dining experience. - Gerry O'Shea, 01/10/2004
