I use to work here, way back when... The Kitchen is immaculately cleaned, nightly. I recommend Bertolini's to friends and family going to visit Vegas. The food is affordable and plenty. Recommend the Margarita pizza. Bertolini's is on my to-do list, when I am in Vegas. - Herb C., 04/22/2007
