Enjoy a true culinary show at this Hilton restaurant! Flashy dishes include hibachi dinners such as a vegetarian plate, sukiyaki steak, swordfish, and hibachi shrimp which is served with a scallop appetizer. Choose from combination dinners featuring an array of surf 'n' turf options. All entrees (except vegetarian) are accompanied by shrimp, Japanese onion soup, steamed rice, house salad with ginger dressing, and green tea. Also included are mushrooms, zucchini, and onions, expertly prepared at your tableside. Other menu items include sashimi, tekka-maki, California roll, and side dishes such as Oshinko which are Japanese pickles.
