I had dinner in your Rio Establishment last night,Monday 11-19-07. I started with the Mussels and they were Excellent. I've never had more tender mussels anywhere. The flavor from the sauce was as if you had my mother in the kitchen. Your Lasanga followed. It had very good taste. About a quarter of the way through it I still hadn't found any lasanga noodles. They were there but they were so over cooked and mushy that they gave the entire plate the consistancy of glue. You should at least be able to cut it open and see the noodle layers. When you cut this one open it was just mush. Was it cooked two or three times? You must do something to correct this problem you have with this entree. I'am tempted to come in and try



it again on my next trip to L.V., the only thing is that if it's not better I will send it back to the chef.I'am 60 years old and have been eating lasanga for a long time and I'am not lokking for a free meal. Thank You D.R. - DPROSSI@COMCAST.NET, 11/20/2007
