Located on the 55th floor of the Palms Hotel; 360 degree views are impressive. Open nightly at 8pm. Cover charge varies, usually $10 during peak times. We noticed a lot of the 'reserved' tables empty during our visits, as well as 'No Dancing' signs though one young serviceman was getting away with it. I took my gf up to the ghost bar on a sunday night in september,just after walking out of rain in the desert.we saw santana at rain and he was unreal. the ghost bar was a trip,it was wonderful highly recomended,a can't miss. - benny blanco bronx, 01/07/2003
