This classic bar features a dark decor, a jukebox full of Rat Pack selections, and reasonably priced drinks that are popular with locals, barflies, and artistis types. Open 24 hours; cash only. - Alotta, 11/30/2005

The decor remains the same, but Champagne's Cafe now has live band -- "Bobby Shawn" sings with "Class", Fri and Sat from 9 pm - 1 am. Good Italian food and Philly Steak sandswiches.
