Located in Hyatt Regency Scottsdale off the lobby, a rich decor of reds, browns, and orange accents paves the way to a New American dining experience. Diners enter through pre Vu, a lounge area that offers specialty martinis. The main room features floor to ceiling windows overlooking a lagoon and garden area, and outdoor patio dining is available in warmer months. Seasonal main dishes (starting at $30) may include Jamison Farms lamb with apricot, aromatic peppers, and white beans, and Madeira glazed black cod with 5-spice celery, porcini confit, and oak aged soy. A 6-course chef's tasting menu is offered for $80; $120 with wine pairings. Small plates and appetizers are also offered.
