All i can say about uncle sal's is that its definatly one of the best bar/resturants in phoenix. The food is amazing and good value for money, the waitresses and waiters are extremly friendly and always a good laugh. i highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lively night out. - adam, 09/30/2007
Recently my boyfriend and I visited the restaurant for our one year anniversary; this was not our first visit only our first visit as just us (we usually would go with his entire family). The service was awful. We had a reservation for 8 pm and arrived around 750ish and we were told that we needed to wait for a table; we went to the bar. Around 820 I finally asked the hostess as she walked by what was going on, she said that we were waiting for our table (obviously). She was rude and when I asked how long the wait would be she answered “I have no idea” (isn’t that her job?). After finally getting seated around 830ish our waiter treated us equally as bad. He never refilled our drinks or approached the table but a few times. One time he just stood there and didn’t say anything. The only good thing about the night was the food, which wasn’t worth it!
