Thai Pan is a clean, pleasant restaurant with good service. The food is quite Americanized and the menu choices are a bit mundane. Do not go to Thai Pan seeking an authentic dining experience and you will enjoy it. If you like your food spicy, you have to ask for 'thai hot' and somehow convince the waiter that you mean it.
