This was my first time there, I ordered a club sandwich, I asked if they could add avocado; the guy taking the order told me he doesn't have any avocadoes because we're not in California. Nice way, to treat your customers!! - phoenix35, 07/16/2008

Today, my mother and I had lunch at Scott's. It was my first visit (and my mother's second visit). As we were eating, there was a roach crawling around on the table. When I told the waitress, she just stood there and looked (she didn't even look surprised). When I got home, I looked it up in the Restaurant Inspections and I know why she wasn't surprised. They are always written up for roaches. We paid the bill and left. (We weren't even offered any money off the bill-because she probably didn't even go and tell anyone that a roach was on our table-seeing that it is a common thing around there). Needless to say, it was my first and last visit. The food wasn't that great either. I had an Italian Beef sandwich, (which by no means tasted like they made it back in Chicago) and the prices aren't that cheap either! - D. Struve, 11/03/2007
