this place is such the secret. best n.y. style pizza in the city, and i've eaten it *everywhere* it's available in phoenix (that I know of). get a cheese slice ($2.25 plus tax) at lunch (re-heated of course), put on a generous sprinkling of powdered garlic and also dried oregano, and voila! amazing, the crust is absolute perfection. their other food is excellent as well, but i just can't stray from the pizza. - john s, 10/15/2007

We went to Pino's for the first time with neighbors and have been going back ever since. The atmosphere is typically Italian, meaning, right out of Little Italy in New York or San Francisco, or better yet, in any given small village in Italy. It was delightful. The wine was awesome - right from the owner / chef's home town! The food was simply some of the best in all of Phoenix for the price. Cannot recommend more than this.
