I decided to give a shower for one of my closest friends at L'Amore and since I knew the owner and had dined there before I thought it would be a great place to have a bridal shower, after going throught all the details regarding food and beverages I asked the owner to please have it in writing, the day of the shower came along the servers we're asking our guests for drinks and the understanding was to serve soft drinks/iced tea and coffee, when the bill came there was an additional $180.00 for alcohol which I did not authorize but had to pay, the owner never mentioned or asked me anything about liquor being served that day, and it was not in writing, I called the owner about this and complained but he chose not to do anything about the bill. IT WAS OK,NOT A GREAT PLACE,FOOD WAS GOOD BUT THE ALL PACKAGE WAS A 5 OUT OF 10,MISSING THE ATMOSPHERE OF MAKES A REALLY GOOD ITALIAN RESTAURANT,MAY BE THE NEED OF SOMEBODY FROM THE OLD COUNTRY. I VISITED THIS ESTABLISHMENT IN THE LAST 4 MONTHE PROBABLY 7/8 TIMES,I, WITH MY WIFE ,ENJOYED THE PLACE GREATLY, SINCE THE LAST 2 TIMES,IT SEEMS THAT THEY MADE A WRONG TURN,SOMETHING HAPPENED,I REQUEST A SPECIAL DISH AND IT LOOKED LIKE NOBODY KWEW OR UNDERSTOOD WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT,I UNDERSTAND (AS I WAS TOLD LAST TIME)THAT THE ONLY ITALIAN PERSON LEFT,I THING HE IS THE ONE THAT TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD DO ANYTHING ITALIAN IF THEY HAD THE INGREDIENTS,BUT HERE THE POBLEM WAS : WHAT?
