To the point: All the food that should have been hot was luke warm to not warm at all. As this is buffet style dining, I went back to try and find something hot. I took small portions of a number of items that should have been hot. Nothing was hot, some were actually very cool. Some food looked as if it had been on display for a very long time. The soup was very hot and good. The raw fish wraps were crusty on the outside. Even the rice bucket was filled with cool rice. Tried the desert, not very good. It should have been a hint when the staff out numbered the clients. With that much staff the place should have been immaculate; it wasn’t very clean at all. So it cost us $20, was a waste of time and I needed to go home and fix a snack. How they can keep the doors open with no return clients is beyond me. - Ray in Scottsdale, 11/12/2007
