I have dined at Flemings Steakhouse quite a few times at the Central location, and have never been disappointed. However, this last time with my brother in town, we decided to have a few steaks. To my surprise, the food wasn't up to our regular expectations. The food just didn't have the same flavor, and it was a little dry. I always have good things to say about this restaurant, but on this occasion it didn't fit the quality and class of this fine establishment. - usjeremy, 12/26/2006
