Located in The Four Seasons Scottsdale, a contemporary decor of warm hues and wood accents paves the way to Italian and American cuisine with a touch of the Southwest. A wood-burning kiva oven and open kitchen add to the experience. Dinner entrees include cornbread-crusted organic chicken with fingerling potatoes, charred onion, tomato confit and mixed greens, as well as ham, steak, lamb, seafood, and rib dishes.
