[an error occurred while processing this directive]

The latest restaurant to join the Arcadia Farms family, City Bakery carries breakfast pastries, sandwiches, and entre salads that have made the franchise so successful. Signature sandwiches include the PLT (prosciutto, arugula, and tomatoes) topped with artichoke aioli and served on fresh foccacia for $8. Open Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm, Sat 7 am-3 pm. - Alotta, 08/02/2005

I read so much about the City Bakery and I love anything that would be healthy and wholesome that I had to go find it. They have a catering business once you enter the complex that is on the righthand side. You notice there is a restaurant on the left but there is no sign that it is the City Bakery. You knock on the door of the catering business thinking it is the restaurant, but once you are in the know, that it is the building on the left then you are in the know. The pasteries looked delicious that were in the showcase and they were delicious. I ordered a sandwich and a caprese salad to go and I had mouthwatering anticipatiion of it being delicious but upon opening the container I found I had a glob of wilting spinach greens along with my mozzarella with wonderful pesto, organic tomatoes, and a delightful vinegarette but it was the disgusting spinach that threw the whole salad off. Note on the menu it says "Its a herb blend salad, 'Not' but it was the disgusting spinach that contained nothing else but the disgusting spinach. I thought as you would have too, believed that a caprese contained basil but I had none. There was not one piece of basil in the salad, so be careful comsumer. - Frances, 10/30/2007
