This is the place for Chinese food. Extensive menu can be a little intimidating but the staff is willing to help you choose. Chicken with black bean sauce is excellent. Eggplant with spicy garlic sauce is wonderful Some "off menu" items are not to be missed like the stir fried snow pea leaves with garlic. Plenty of offerings for the vegetarian in the group. This is the BEST Chinese food in the valley. I am born & raised in Hawaii, and am used to eating authentic Chinese foods (huge Chinese cultural presence in my family). This is the only restaurant that has ever met & exceeded my expectations for true Chinese cuisine. - Michelle Roxanne, 12/18/2007
