Cool and laid back place. Super staff, great drink prices, killer baja style food and GREAT MUSIC! Flicka's has one of the biggest stages on Scottsdale Rd. There's no actual dance floor, but if you pull the tables back and don't might shakin' yer thing on mexican tile...
