El Hefe is one of the best bars in Scottsdale. Bloody Marys are great (see photo) .. tacos are awesome (try the al pastor) .. and service is really good too.
During the cooler months, the heaters are on outside, which allows the bar to have the open-air aspect without being too cold. - wm, 03/03/2013
