Located next to the Wells Fargo Bank, this charming little museum offers visitors a glimpse into the life of a frontiersman in mid 1800s. Spurred by the California Gold Rush, Wells Fargo provided a way for pioneers to keep in touch with family and friends thousands of miles away by running a stagecoach as well as setting up outposts where individuals could exchange gold dust and nuggets, conduct banking transactions, and send and receive mail and packages.
