Rasing prices without sending out new menus or telling customers on the phone. Pizza arrives cold and with a mixed up order, blue chesse and bufflo dip all over the bottom of the box and only 4 small chicken strips. - Chris, 08/14/2006

i had the crappiest service tonight 5/18/06 ,i've ever had at your place up on 45th and central,my son and my self must have sat there for at least 30 to 40 minutes waiting on are food,while there were people that came in 15 minutes after us that got served there food first, where serviced the same kind of food we ordered,so we walked out of your restraunt.i've been ordering food from you guys for at least 15 years,it was a waste of time sitting there,very upsetting. - greg j, 05/18/2006
