Breakfast Saturday was the first and last visit for four of us. Poor value for the $, two has queasy stomachs afterward, I thought the sausage was tainted, not one of us enjoyed our meal. All this capped off by a surly waitress. I cannot think of a more disappointing recent dining experience. I used to love going to the factory, they had great food, great looking ladies, and it was a fun place to watch the game. most of that stuff is still the same with the exception of the food, the last few times ive eaten there I was very un-impressed and acually didn't feel very well after I tried to finish the meal. Ive had poorly cooked meat and several very bad cuts of steak. Will you please put a better, higher grade cut of steak on the menu becuase honestly the sirloin usually sucks. I wouldn't mind paying more for better quality and that would probally bring me back to the factory....... - njt, 07/08/2007

We went there thursday night and everything seems to be going down hill. Do they have new management? Maybe because we got there during the early bird special hour we received less than quality food....I don't know........the sirloin steak did not look like a normal steak and it did not taste very good so I gave it to my husband - dismayed, 04/06/2007

I love going to the sunshine factory for all sporting events. The bistro side is a great place to catch a game and have some beers. They have a great happy hour specials and the tv's are easy to see no matter where you sit. They have texas holdem poker on Wednesdays nights, its a lot of fun. Over all the food is great,I love the ONION RING! Service is really good and the place and bathrooms are always clean. I want to go there now just talking about make me hungry. This is a great place to bring guests or, like us, pop in for a good meal in pleasant surroundings. We've been coming here for years and I can honestly say, we've never been disappointed. The staff is pleasant, capable, and accomodating. The food is excellent, we can count on it to be consistently good, and always served quickly and efficiently. I have learned, also, that this restaurant always rates exceptionally high with sanitation people, which, for me, is supremely important. WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED AUG. 8, AS WERE HAVING A BIRTHDAY DINNER FOR LUVERNE..HE APPRECIATED THE BIRTHDAY FREE DINNER GIFT, BUT THE FOOD WAS NOT UP TO EXPECTATIONS..AS THEY BROUGHT IT OUT AND LET IT SIT IN A CORNER FAR FROM US FOR QUITE AWHILE BEFORE SERVING IT..SEVERAL OTHERS THAN THE 'SERVER' WERE ATTENDING TO THIS..THE FOOD WAS NOT HOT..AND WHEN THE 'BILL' WAS $88, IT SEEMS AS IF THE FOOD SHOULD HAVE BEEN SERVED PROMPTLY AND HOT..EVEN THE SOUP,(WILD RICE) WHICH IS LIKED SO MUCH, WAS LUKEWARM, AND NOT THE USUAL 'YUMMY'..OUR DAUGHTER AND HUSBAND HAD OVER $30 OF FOOD, RIBS..AND CHICKEN DINNERS..AND OUR SON AND FRIEND HAD WALLEYE STRIPS,(FISH & CHIPS) THE FISH WAS NOT HOT AT ALL OR KRISPY..OR FRIES EITHER..AND THE BIRTHDAY DINNER WAS WALLEYE AND STEAK, AND WALLEYE AND RIBEYE..AND THE 'FIXINGS'..WHICH WAS NOT AS THE FOOD USUALLY IS WHEN AT SUNSHINE FACTORY..IT WAS LATER IN EVENING, BUT THAT SHOULD NOT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE WITH THE QUALITY OF FOOD..OR PROMPTNESS OF SERVICE..THE LADY WHO WAS TO BE THE SERVER, WAS OK..BUT FIRST A YOUNG MAN CAME, AND HAD THE BIRTHDAY GIFT CARD SIGNED, THEN SOMEONE ELSE, THEN OTHERS BROUGHT OUT THE FOOD AND LET IT SIT..AND SERVED SOME OF IT.. WHEN WE EXPECTED A GREAT BIRTHDAY DINNER..AND INVITED THE OTHERS, IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING..
