Serlin's Cafe does the Twin Cities proud with a down-to-basics mix of appetizing, affordable food and speedy, smiling service. If you want to save money, Serlin's takes care of that by supplying free orange juice and unrequited extra helpings of eggs and bacon. If you want to have a great meal, Serlin's takes care of that with its no-frills menu featuring enormous Belgian waffles, giant fluffy pancakes, and some of the best omeletes you've ever had.
