Last year we ate at Saji Ya for my sister-in-law's birthday. We had a chef that prepared the food right in front of us. Not only was he EXCELLANT and entertained us fantastically, but the food was AMAZING also! I had a shrimp and scallop dinner while my husband had lobster and steak, all prepared right in front of us. It was one of the best meals I have ever eaten, and we plan on going there and booking a chef for MY birthday coming up next week. I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant for not only the food and entertainment, but also the wonderful atmosphere and great service. - Nicole Johnson, 09/15/2003
