Pho 79 is the best. Treat yourself to the original at about 25th and Nicolett, or really do yourself a favor and make the drive to their location at 280 and Energy Park Drive in St Paul. The food is incredible and the prices very affordable. The Pho is wonderfully sweet, with the freshest add ins. However, the Bun with Spring Roll is the absolute best.
