i have been trying to make reservations for a week for the evening of November 11th. your website wouldn't accept the reservation -- and bounced back a message to call the restaurant. your reservation desk isn't open until 5:30 during the week, so i guess i have to remember to call when i get home -- which i haven't remembered to do yet. pazzaluna may be a unique place -- but it's very annoying to try to make reservations -- and maybe you are very busy when the restaurant IS open, but i would guess this inconvenience would discourage potential customers and business. - Jennifer M, 11/11/2003

We had 5:15 reservations at Pazzaluna on Saturday 11/29. With a need to leave for a 7:30 show, we had not received our entree's by 7:00, and that's without ordering an appetizer or first course salad. The assistant manager was apologetic, but a lot of good



that did us when we left the place starving. How can a restaurant that wants to be upscale, exclusive and elite have such horse@#%& service? - Greg, 11/30/2003
