I was in the Minneapolis area on business in March, and the hightlight of my trip was discovering Pannekoeken Huis! I ordered the apple pannekoeken, and nearly swooned when I took my first bite! The last bite was as delectable as the first, and I left the restaurant fat and happy. I have vowed to learn to make these treasures and introduce them to my friends and family.
