I have always loved the Old Spaghetti Factory. Actually, it has been my favorite restaurant since the first time I went there, and have introduced all visitors to the Twin Cities from back home to The Old Spaghetti Factory. When my fiance and I became engaged we both had our heart set on the Old Spaghetti restaurant for our rehearsal dinner. The very weekend we got engaged we called and we were told they only take reservations six months in advance, so we waited until six months to the day prior to our wedding. I called and the first person told me I needed to wait 'til the first of the year.



I told her that I was told six months prior was all I was told and today was six months before my wedding. She transferred me to someone else and I was told there was already a reservation for that day. First of all I know that there are two banquet rooms, and I asked 'Did someone make the reservation today?' She said 'No, it was a couple weeks ago.' I was very disappointed that I was told I had to wait 6 months in advance while someone else can get their reservation without any delay, while I called three months ago and was denied. Both my fiance and I are very disappointed in the quality of service that The Old Spaghetti Factory has rendered us. - Tristan Fischer, 11/24/2002

We were frequent customers when we lived in Salt Lake City. We now live in the Chicago area and there is no Old Spaghetti Factory! However; we do get up to Minnapolis in October and The Old Spaghetti Factory is ALWAYS on our itinerary. No excpetions! - Mari Boggs, 10/03/2001
