Ordered food for take-out. Waited, waited, waited. Twenty minutes later asked wait staff to check my order. Waited. Asked a different wait person. My order had never been placed or prepared. Wanted money back. Was offered different food - if I wanted to wait? My lunch break was already over - got money back. Left very, very hungry. - L. Brickley, 08/19/2003
