Shilla was one of the best Korean restaurants in St. Paul until the owner decided to sell and now it's called Kum Gang Sun. Under the new ownership, I've eaten there twice, the first time was ok, and the 2nd time, March 17, 2007, was horrific. The food was terrible and the soup was lukewarm water with no flavor. Portions were really small and was not worth my $15.00 per entree. I should have listend to my fiance and saved my $56 that night!! - Bao, 03/20/2007
