I started eating at Java over 30 years ago when I lived just blocks away. I now live in Spokane, Washington but when I recently returned for a visit, Java was high on my list of must-go places. I was delighted that the quality of food and the atmosphere hadn't changed in the least. They still have the best Middle Eastern food I've ever eaten. Their appetizer plate provides a lovely variety and my daughter and I found it was too much for us to manage in addition to a gyro. Oh, and to top it off, the prices are downright reasonable. It's still tops in my book and I would encourage anyone who hasn't given this delightful spot a try to do so at your earliest opportunity. You won't be sorry. - Cynthia in Spokane WA, 06/24/2003
