The chefs are amazing and the show is astounding. I've never seen anyone throw rice across the room and catch it in a bowl let alone throwing knives with their eyes closed. Amazing food too, and everyone is very friendly and accomodating. The chefs offered some funny jokes as well, so expect to be entertained! Went to the sushi bar there - Origami - on one of it's 'All you can eat' nights (Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday). Food was great! I'm from California, and am pretty picky about my



sushi, so I was a little concerned about the freshness I could expect in the Twin Cities. Origami did not disappoint, and while it was 'Chef's Choice', there was a wide variety of rolls and specialities. At 24.95 a person, this is a great bargain!! - jody, 01/29/2001
