My daughter and I recently met a friend of hers in Minneapolis for a day trip at the Mall of America. We were happy to find the Healthy Express because I am on a restricted diet for health issues. The food was wonderful and healthy! How Happy! :) They have reasonable enough prices but they also have lovely ready made sandwiches and salads which are around $3! Unheard of to be able to get quality, healthy food at a mall for that price! I recommend Healthy Express! - SouthCountryMom, 02/22/2008
