I work in the Baker Building and stopped in for lunch with a couple of friends at 11:05am today. I'm sorry to say that I won't be back. Altho the food was good the place was in chaos. Employees were yelling acrosss the restaurant at each other, we had to wait forever for breadstix and the staff was obviously ill-prepared to open for the lunch crowd. Most of the customers in the restaurant were making negative comments. It's fixable, but you should fix it SOON! Don't make your customers give up on you. The guy standing next to me waiting to pay said to me, 'It's been horrible since they remodeled.' Perhaps you should take the time you need to reorganize your staff and make sure that you can do both take-out orders and basic lunch customers before we all mutiny! - Julie Ann, 04/22/2005
