Authentic food is featured here: plenty of seafood choices and house specialties such as Chicken Isabel which is chicken breasts sauteed in brandy with mango and papaya. The real draw to this place is the serious salsa dancing that happens after the tables have been cleared. - sys, 09/30/2002

the conga latin bistro offers a variety of food/ dancing and entertainment. the music is mostly latin , but some hip hop is played as well. the atmosphere is great for salsa dancing, drinking. they offer a full bar. the only thing not to like is the 10 dollar cover charge, and the high priced drinks, other that htat its great fun for all . - lorissa, 10/25/2003
