During lunch yesterday, I was upset with the waitress. She had her points, I had mine. As a result I did not include any tip on my tab. I paid the bill only, in full, on my card. Today I check my account on line to see this Champps had added 20% to my bill. I did not authorize this nor was I informed that they would do this. We were a party of 5, if this is policy I think I should be informed. Maybe I am wrong, but I always thought tips were a gratuity, not a requirment. This will be the last Champps I will visit, I can't afford these 'hidden' extras. RT Westlund. - RTWestlund, 12/25/2003
Cold food and slow service. I ordered a cup of soup and a half of a sandwich. The soup was luke warm and the sandwich which had toasted bread was cold and it took 20 minutes to get my food. This is not the only champps that I have received poor food at. Maybe they should change their name to chumpps - Roger, 11/26/2002
