I recently(10/06/03) had a very poor experience at the Billabong Aussie Grill and Pub in Bloomington. I ordered a beef filet with a Mango Chutney and was served a rock hard sirloin minus the chutney. The waitress later told me the item was no longer on the menu. I also ordered the wine feature for $4.95, when I recieved my wine I found it to be unpalatable, so I ordered a more expensive wine. When the bill came the $4.95 wine was listed at $7.00-- I was informed that they were out of the $4.95 wine and they had switched to another, and charged the higher price. I was also charged the full price for the filet despite being served a substitute of lesser quality. When I asked to speak to a manger, he told my server he didn't have time. They did adjust the price on the wine, but only after a great deal of hassle. - Paula Hanson, 10/08/2003
