This neighborhood hangout appeals to a wide range of customers: the business crowd, hockey players and fans, and media personnel attending area events. Stop by and feel right at home! - sys, 09/26/2002
I was there in 1971 when Tom scored his penalty shot goal against Ken Dryden - the only hockey player to ever do that. The bar is a great hockey experience. A non-hockey fan would not understand and appreciate!! - Deb, 01/28/2010
I'd like to sell a 1972-73 color print of the Minnesota North Star team. It's a 16 x 20 size picture, but I have it matted and framed in the North Star colors so the approximate size is maybe 24 x 20, give or take a few. I had given it as a Christmas present to my husband some 10 years ago but he has now passed. I was a big fan of this 72 North Star team and went to my first game at 16. My favorite player was J. P. Parise, I had a photo taken with him but lost it somewhere along the way. Anyways,
I'd like $150.00 for it and if you'd like to see it, please send an email. Thanks, Christine Kroll - christine.m.kroll@USACE.ARMY.mil, 12/04/2007
Stop by and ask Tom to tell you one of his Gumper stories. A great place to hang out for old time, and new hockey fans, and tghe beer is cold, and I mean cold, like it's supposed to be - BartG, 10/25/2007
A fun place to catch a Wild game, and I love the hockey memorabilia all over the walls. It makes me proud of St. Paul. - Marko, 11/21/2006
Great place to start of before a Wild game!! Thanks Tom!!! - Bill P., 09/19/2003
I just want to thank Tom for the great food, hot waitresses, & true Minnesota hockey heaven. Keep it up! - loyal fan, 08/01/2003

Ah, how nice it was to see the Devils win Game 7 from Tom Reids Hockey bar. Mr. Reid himself was there, although rooting for the Ducks (Western Conference). Good Eats, good Beer, a little pricy but worth it. pigpen - pigpen, 06/13/2003
I have had many great times at Tom Reid's but will never set foot in the place again. I was verbally abused by some big shot (from in the bar)after he bumped into my friends car after he put it in drive instead of reverse. 'Nice job - x-customer, 04/30/2003
RWPD (651) 267-2653 - CSO Walt Stolpa. The sign portrayed in your website picture is sitting in my evidence room and I would like to return it to you. We have had this since February of last year. - Red Wing Police Department, 01/31/2003
