I just moved to the area and found Povlitzki's to be a great club for country music and sometimes variety rock n roll. The staff makes you feel at home, like cheers. Good home cooked food and entertianment every night!! For a single woman I feel safe going there alone and leaving safe. - a new person to minnesota, 02/07/2004
there bouncer sure get out of hand.use of alot of bruit force that isn't called for.they need some kind of training.seen them slamb people though the doors , rip them of there bar stools,punch and knock them out and drag the out side and leave them!!!!!!!!!!!!! other wise they have good food , music and the patrons are usualy in good spirit - a patron, 06/27/2003

THEY HAVE A LARGE DANCE FLOOR AND USUALLY GREAT BANDS BUT THEIR PRICES ARE WAY TOO HIGH AND THE WAIT STAFF IS ALWAYS TURNING OVER WITH UNTRAINED LOUSY SERVICE. THEIR 8OZ DRINKS COST $1-2 MORE THAN 12 OZ ELSEWHERE AND ARE WEAK! THEY DO HAVE LOTS OF POOL TABLES AND I BELIEVE THAT IS THE ONLY REASON THEY GET ANY BUSINESS MOST WEEKENDS. - CINDY, 09/28/2002
