I've been to Park Place a few times, and every time it is too loud and too crowded. After my last experience I will never go there again. I tried to go there with a couple friends, and the guy checking IDs at the door wouldn't let in one of my male friends for absolutely NO reason. We asked him why he wasn't letting my friend in and he wouldn't tell us, and got extremely rude and starting raising his voice. All we wanted was an explanation, and I was very mature and didn't cause a scene or raise my voice, I just wanted to know WHY (by this time my friend was gone anyway because he was upset). In did not get the explanation, but instead got threatened to get kicked out if we wouldn't stop asking him for an explanation. He did not have to worry about kicking us out, because we left that place and I NEVER plan to go back. So if you just want to have a fun night and not worry about discrimination, then make sure to avoid Park Place. - SM, 09/18/2010
