Watch your drinks, rumor has it, you could end up on a curb, kicked out, with no recolection and no help from managment! - Anonymous, 10/16/2003
Not a bad place for the college aged crowd to hang out. If you are 25 or over, you will feel old in here on a Friday or Saturday night. I don't understand what the cover is for, it's not like they have live music. Decent selection of beverages but table service is clueless. At least the wait staff is nice to look at, once an hour when you see them at your table. If you go to Lone Tree, hope there is room at the Bar. - anon., 05/08/2003
Lone Tree, How can I thank you for all you have done for me in the past few years? I cannot imagine a better bar than you, even one with strippers. I do throughly enjoy your tasty long island ice tee. I was wondering if you hosted birthday parties because I am thinking that is where my next b-day party will be. By the way, nice work
on the hiring of staff: they are always friendly and make such excellent drinks. I do have to admit I was a little disappointed to see that you jacked the cover up to a whopping $7, but I am not mad at you. I think you should consider putting in another bar right by the bathrooms that only sells long island's and red bull drinks. That is my only suggestion for now. I cannot count how many times I have been to your bar, yet I cannot wait until I get to go again. I love you Lone Tree! - Wyatt, Minneapolis, 04/23/2003
On many occassions, I have frequented the Lone Tree. It seems everytime I am there, I see Jeff R and a few of his friends swaying from side to side. If I remember right, a lot of the time, Jeff R and his friends get the lone tree confused with a male strip joint, because they often are removing there shirts on the dance floor and twirling them in the air. But, I too, agree that the Lone Tree might
be one of the best bars to just kick back and have a good time, and make a complete a** of yourself. There seems to be a lot of drunk, drunk guys there, that is always a guarantee. On certain occasions, I have even been known to frequent the bathroom barfing. The last time I was at the Lone Tree, I think I might have puked twice that night, both in the mens and the womens bathroom, but I keep going back. Great place to go with friends to have a good time. I too, want to thank you Lone Tree, for introducing me to some of my best friends, Jeff R & Wingman, you know who you are!! - .......????, 02/12/2003
Had a great time visiting in April 2001... fun, feel-at-home place to grab a beer or two or more.... - Tripp (Los Angeles, CA), 11/16/2002
I went to the Dave Matthews Band preparty there and had a blast. It is a really great place to go before and after events. The crowd is young and very fun. - Katie C., 04/30/2002

Great place
to go if you like the retro music scene. I always had a blast here during my college years. However, it does get extremely packed. - The Skillz, 05/19/2000
